The two ‘Habsburg windows’ of stained glass from St Stephen’s depict an ancestral line of the dynasty, from Rudolf I to Duke Albrecht III, and were part of the dynastic programme of the cathedral’s decoration. The ruler depicted at the centre of this window is Albrecht I.
